Payment
Payments are made using your credit card through Paypal.
Shipping
Artwork is typically shipped from the studio within 2 to 3 business days unless
otherwise noted. Editioned work not in stock, typically ship within 7 business days.
Orders are shipped to residential and business addresses only, no P.O. boxes.
Small pieces are shipped Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service,
and once shipped, take 2 - 3 business days to arrive depending on your location.
Medium and Large pieces are professionally packed and shipped within the United
States via UPS, and once shipped, take 2 - 4 days to arrive depending on your location.
Medium and Large pieces shipped outside the United States are sent Priority Mail via
the United States Postal Service, and once shipped, take 6 - 10 days to arrive depending
on your location.
If you would like to request an alternate shipping method or an expedited delivery,
please contact me directly and I will try and accommodate your request.

$60 - $149 = $10 shipping
$150 = $15 shipping
$151 - $300 = $25 shipping
$301 - $500 = $35 shipping
$501 - $600 = $55 shipping
$601 - $750 = $75 shipping
$751 - $999 = $90 shipping
$1000 and above = $150 shipping
Outside of the United States and Canada
$35 = $10 shipping
$60 - $149 = $24 shipping
$150 = $35 shipping
$151 - $300 = $45 shipping
$301 - $500 = $65 shipping
$501 - $750 = $100 shipping
$751 - $999 = $125 shipping
$1000 and above = $175 shipping
Return Policy
Returns and exchanges may be made within 7 days of receipt. Simply email me at
info@shopjohnmurphy.com so that we can make arrangements.
Returns and exchanges apply to the purchase price and does not include return shipping.
Return shipping method and payment is the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must
arrive back at the studio undamaged.
Damages
While every precaution is taken to assure the artwork arrives safely, accidents do happen.
In the event the piece you purchased arrives damaged, please contact me by phone
immediately so that we can make arrangements to have the piece repaired or replaced.

layer) Technology. Each transaction is processed privately and without interference.
The personal information you provide when opening an account is stored on a secure
server. Your information will not be shared unless required to by law, court order or

I will never ask for sensitive information via email, as it is not a secure means of
communication. Please do not email me credit card or other sensitive account information.
